These terms cover the services of Valley Isle Dry Cleaners, 180 E Wakea Ave, Suite F, Kahului, HI 96732, and our text message notifications.
Text message notifications
Program: Valley Isle Dry Cleaners order notifications.
What you'll receive: texts about your own orders, such as when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you sign up: when you drop off an order, our counter staff ask whether you'd like a text when it's ready. If you say yes, we save your mobile number with that preference. You can also ask for texts by calling (808) 877-4111. Agreeing to texts is not required to use our services.
Sample message:
Hi Maria, your order (A00123) is ready for pickup at Valley Isle Dry Cleaners. Mon–Fri 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Questions? (808) 877-4111. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Message frequency varies with your orders, usually one text per order.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. To start again, reply START or ask at the counter.
- For help: reply HELP, call (808) 877-4111, or email info@valleyisledrycleaners.com.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
Orders and pickup
- Please keep your ticket. We can also look up your order by name or phone number.
- Check pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in garments.
- Please point out stains, damage, and fragile trim, buttons or beading when you drop off. Some stains cannot be removed without harming the fabric, and we will tell you honestly what can be saved.
- Orders not picked up within 90 days may be donated or disposed of after we try to contact you.
Claims
If there is a problem with an item, please tell us within 7 days of pickup and bring the item back so we can inspect it. We handle claims fairly, generally following industry fair-claims guidelines that take the garment's age and condition into account.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
